Gannett to Hold Investor Meeting June 22 Focused on Upcoming Separation
McLEAN, VA – Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) will host an investor meeting focused on its upcoming separation. Gannett is in the process of creating two publicly traded companies: one exclusively focused on its Broadcasting and Digital businesses (TEGNA), and the other on its Publishing business and affiliated digital assets (Gannett). The separation is expected to be completed by June 29, 2015.
The investor event, open to investors/analysts, will be held on Monday, June 22 at The Park Hyatt, 153 West 57th St., New York, NY, from 10 a.m. to noon (ET) for the TEGNA segment; and from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (ET) for the Gannett presentation. The event will be webcast.
