Gannett Honored with National Murrow Awards
McLEAN, VA – Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) announced two Broadcasting TV stations and the Detroit Free Press won a total of four 2012 Edward R. Murrow awards in the national competition sponsored by the Radio Television Digital News Association. The RTNDA has been honoring outstanding achievements in electronic journalism with the Edward R. Murrow Awards since 1971.
