Gannett Board Approves 27-Cent Dividend
McLEAN, VA – A quarterly dividend of 27 cents per share was declared today by the Board of Directors of Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE:GCI). The dividend is payable on January 3, 2005 to shareholders of record on December 17, 2004.
The directors met in regular session today.
